Redefining plant-based dining with vibrancy, community, and transparency
OMNI Café was created to redefine plant-based dining through vibrancy, community, and transparency. Research showed that many vegan cafés relied on the same visual language, so OMNI set out to be distinct. The plant mark, shaped like a smile, symbolises both vegan values and a welcoming spirit. A bold colour palette and clear typography gave the brand energy and accessibility, while custom icons created consistency across menus, marketing, and digital platforms.

The design journey began with research into café culture and competitor analysis, which revealed an over-reliance on handwritten aesthetics and muted tones. Insights showed that customers wanted plant-based spaces that felt exciting, inclusive, and honest about their values.
From this, OMNI’s identity was built around vibrancy and friendliness. The plant mark was designed to symbolise both vegan principles and approachability, doubling as a smile to embody OMNI’s welcoming nature.
A bold colour palette reflecting loyalty, food, and nature was chosen to create standout appeal, supported by typography that brought clarity and warmth.
Custom icons were developed to strengthen consistency across menus, marketing, and digital platforms, forming a cohesive visual system.

The outcome was a brand identity that immediately differentiates OMNI within the market. Marketing materials, menus, and social media templates brought the brand to life, emphasising accessibility and community.
Unlike competitors, OMNI’s identity avoided clichés and positioned the café as modern, playful, and professional. Every design choice reinforced the café’s mission to be more than a place to eat, it became a hub where people connect over food, values, and shared experiences.
