4. Services

4.1 Engaging Our Services

Services such as brand strategy, visual identity design, content strategy, and digital/print collateral are provided on a project or retainer basis and are subject to a separate written agreement, proposal, or Statement of Work ("Project Agreement") between Chloe Wickham Creative and the client. Where there is any inconsistency between these Terms and a Project Agreement, the Project Agreement will prevail in relation to that project.

4.2 Quotes and Fees

All quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote (or, if unspecified, 30 days) and are subject to change based on the final scope of work. Fees, payment schedules, and deposit requirements will be set out in the relevant Project Agreement or invoice.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds (Services)

Cancellation terms, kill fees, and refund eligibility for bespoke services will be set out in the applicable Project Agreement. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they secure time and resources allocated to your project.

4.4 Client Responsibilities

Timely delivery of services depends on clients providing accurate information, timely feedback, and requested materials (e.g. brand assets, content, approvals). Delays caused by the client may result in delays to project timelines, for which Chloe Wickham Creative is not responsible.

‍ ‍

5. Digital Products and Store Purchases

Where you purchase digital resources, templates, guides, or other downloadable products through the Site:

  • Payment is required in full at the time of purchase via our third-party payment processor.

  • Due to the digital, downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable, except where required under the Australian Consumer Law (see Section 8).

  • Products are for your own personal or internal business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or share purchased digital products with third parties.

  • Access details or download links will typically be provided immediately or within a reasonable time after payment is confirmed.
